Requirements for Families Looking for Christmas Assistance:

Applications will be available in the HEP office located at 1120 North Betty Lane in Clearwater Monday - Friday from 9am - 4:30pm

Application Deadline is Friday, November 7, 2007 by 4:00pm

• Must be working family
• Reside in North Pinellas County
• Have a picture ID
• Two forms of ID for each child
• Copy of last 2 pay stubs
