


SHOP is an integrated, recovery-oriented system of care to prevent and reduce chronic homelessness. This program assists homeless individuals with serious psychiatric conditions or mental and substance abuse disorders.
In partnership with Baycare Behavioral Health and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration’s (SAMHSA) Center for Substance Abuse Treatment.
